Vanilla icecream

Ingredients:

6 leaves gelatine

3 cups cold water

6 dl convert conversionwhipping cream

sweetener at flavour

salt

1 tablespoon vanilla sugar

How to prepare:

Soak the gelatine in cold water.

Add 3 dl convert conversionwhipping cream to 1.5 cup water and heat till almost cooking (do not cook).

Add the squeezed gelatine, sweetener and salt to the cream mixture. Stir till the gelatine is dissolved. Let cool.

Stir the rest of the whipping cream, 1.5 cup water and the vanilla sugar into the mixture and freeze.
