Spinach à la crème

Ingredients:

800-1000 gr convert conversionfrozen spinach

4 tablespoons butter

1 garlic clove

1 teaspoon onion powder

125 gr convert conversionsour cream

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons parsley

1 tablespoon sesame seed

How to prepare:

Cook the spinach a little shorter than mentioned on the package.

Melt the butter in a sauce pan, add spinach, pressed garlic and onion powder and simmer for 5 minutes. Add sour cream, grated cheese, sesame seed and very small chopped parsley.

Heat (don't cook) while stirring until the ingredients are warm and mixed well.
