Marinated rump roast

Ingredients:

1.5 kg hover for conversion rump roast

2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons sunflower oil 

2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar

1 teaspoon herb salt

100 gr hover for conversion butter

 

Preparation:

Mix the grated Parmesan cheese, oil, vinegar and salt.
Put the meat 1 night in the marinate, turn the meat from time to time.
Dry the meat and roast in the butter approximately 1.5 hour till cooked.
Add, while roasting, every now and then little of the sifted marinate.
