Melon pie

(10 servings)


Ingredients:

1 pie

18 drops of sweetener

1 teaspoon ginger powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

salt

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon mace

4 cups sugar melon

2 eggs

1 cup whipping cream

1 teaspoon cognac

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F and place a pan, half filled with water, in the oven.

Mix sweetener, ginger powder, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and mace well. Add the melon.

Beat the eggs and add whipping cream and cognac slowly to the eggs.

Stir the melon mixture into the eggs.

Spoon the mixture in the pie and bake in a moderately warm oven for 40 à 45 minutes (until a needle you stick in comes out clean).

Garnish with whipped cream with mocca taste.
