French creamy salad sauce

(30 tablespoons)


Ingredients:

3 teaspoons herb salt

1/2 teaspoon mustard powder

2 drops of sweetener

1 teaspoon French mustard

1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

5 tablespoons tarragon vinegar

6 tablespoons olive oil

6 tablespoons sunflower or corn oil

1 egg

1 cup whipping cream

How to prepare:

Mix all ingredients very well in bowl (best with a mixer).

Place the sauce at least 1 hour in the fridge till use.

Use i.e for lettuce.
