Egg soup 

Go to all recipes for: Dr. Atkins, Soup 

Ingredients:

1 liter hover for conversion clear chicken soup 

4 eggs

 

 

Preparation:

Bring the soup to a boil.
Beat the eggs well with a fork.
Add, while stirring, the whipped eggs spoon by spoon to the boiling bouillon.
Stir well with a fork.
Simmer for 3 minutes.
Serve hot.
