Egg soup


Ingredients:

1 liter convert conversion clear chicken soup

4 eggs

How to prepare:

Bring the soup to a boil.

Beat the eggs well with a fork.

Add, while stirring, the whipped eggs spoon by spoon to the boiling bouillon.

Stir well with a fork.

Simmer for 3 minutes.

Serve hot.
