Scrambled egg and ham

(2 servings)


Ingredients:

4 slices cooked ham

mustard sauce

2 tablespoons butter

4 eggs

salt and pepper

1 tablespoon whipping cream

How to prepare:

Cut the slices ham in two, spread the slices with mustard sauce.

Melt the butter in a sauce pan.

Beat the eggs in a bowl with a fork, till whites and yolks are well mixed.

Add salt, pepper and whipping cream. Pour the egg-mixture in the saucepan and keep stirring till the egg-mixture is almost entirely firm.

Spoon some scrambled egg on each slice ham, wrap and fix with a skewer.

Serve hot.
