Ingredients:4 slices cooked hammustard sauce2 tablespoons butter4 eggssalt and pepper1 tablespoon whipping cream |
Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe Atkins dietCut the slices ham in two, spread the slices with mustard sauce.Melt the butter in a sauce pan.Beat the eggs in a bowl with a fork, till whites and yolks are well mixed.Add salt, pepper and whipping cream. Pour the egg-mixture in the saucepan and keep stirring till the egg-mixture is almost entirely firm.Spoon some scrambled egg on each slice ham, wrap and fix with a skewer.Serve hot. |
