Eggs Benedict

Ingredients:

1 diet revolution bun

2 slices (cooked) ham

1 tablespoon butter

2 eggs

pinch salt

1 teaspoon vinegar

1 tablespoon Dutch sauce

How to prepare:

Half the bun lenghtwise. Heat the (cooked) ham in the butter, 2 minutes on each side, and put the ham on the bun.

Poach the eggs: fill a saucepan with 1/2 liter convert conversionwater, add a pinch salt and 1 teaspoon vinegar. Bring the water to a boil, reduce the heat so the water is just off boiling. Break an egg in a bowl and slide carefully into the water. Push during "cooking" the eggs carefully under water.

Remove the eggs with a skimmer when the egg whites are firm, place on the bun and cover with warm Dutch sauce.

Serve immediately.
