Eggs Benedict(1 person)Ingredients:1 diet revolution bun2 slices (cooked) ham1 tablespoon butter2 eggspinch salt1 teaspoon vinegar1 tablespoon Dutch sauce

How to prepare:Half the bun lenghtwise. Heat the (cooked) ham in the butter, 2 minutes on each side, and put the ham on the bun.Poach the eggs: fill a saucepan with 1/2 liter water, add a pinch salt and 1 teaspoon vinegar. Bring the water to a boil, reduce the heat so the water is just off boiling. Break an egg in a bowl and slide carefully into the water. Push during "cooking" the eggs carefully under water.Remove the eggs with a skimmer when the egg whites are firm, place on the bun and cover with warm Dutch sauce.Serve immediately.
