Chicken cordon blue

Ingredients:

4 chickenbreast fillets

1/2 teaspoon herb salt

2 beaten eggs

4 slices cooked ham

4 slices cheese

rope

50 gr hover for conversion butter

1/2 cup not too dry wine

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F.
Season the chickenbreast fillets with salt and coat with beaten egg.
Place a slice ham and a slice cheese on each chickenbreast, wrap and fix with rope.
Brown the chicken rolls in a greased frying pan.
Remove from the frying pan when brown and place on an oven dish.
Pour the roast butter over the chicken rolls, add the wine and bake the chicken rolls 1 hour in the oven.
