oil for greasing
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sesame seed
1 tablespoon whipping cream

How to prepare:
Preheat the oven to 150°C/300°F.
Grind the sesame seeds in a pestle and grate the cheese.
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix very well.
Cover a baking sheet with oil and spread the mixture thinly over.
Place the plate about 30 minutes in the oven until the mixture is pale brown.
Divide, when cooled, in 20 squares.
Use the cheesecrackers as a snack or with a dipping sauce.
