Caesar salad

(8 servings)


Ingredients:

2 head (iceberg) lettuce

1 garlic clove

caesar salad sauce

500 gr convert conversionfried bacon

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons parsley

1 can anchovy (optional)

4 hard boiled eggs

How to prepare:

Wash the lettuce, dry well and tear in small pieces.

Rub a wooden bowl with garlic, put the lettuce in and mix with half of the caesar sauce. Add the crumbled bacon, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley and anchovy.

Spoon the rest of the salad sauce over.

Garnish the salad before serving with the hard boiled eggs.
