How to prepare:Stir the eggs with salt and pepper well with a fork.Put the grated cheese on a plate.Coat the calf cutlets with beaten egg and the cheese.Melt the butter and the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the calf meat until brown on both sides.Top each cutlet with a slice of lemon and sprinkle with grated lemon peel and lemon juice.
