Calf piccata

(4 servings)


Ingredients:

1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese

2 beaten eggs

salt and pepper

4 calf cutlets

100 gr butter convert conversion

8 tablespoons olive oil

grated lemon peel (of 1 lemon)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

4 slices lemon

How to prepare:

Stir the eggs with salt and pepper well with a fork.

Put the grated cheese on a plate.

Coat the calf cutlets with beaten egg and the cheese.

Melt the butter and the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the calf meat until brown on both sides.

Top each cutlet with a slice of lemon and sprinkle with grated lemon peel and lemon juice.
