Piquant broccoli

Ingredients:

2 cups broccoli

1 garlic clove

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon herb salt

How to prepare:

Cook the broccoli till almost done.

Fry the small cut garlic in the oil brown and remove the garlic from the oil.

Add broccoli, grated cheese and salt to the oil and simmer over low heat for 5 à 7 minutes. Stir from time to time.
