Piquant broccoli(3 servings)Ingredients:2 cups broccoli1 garlic clove3 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese1/2 teaspoon herb salt

How to prepare:Cook the broccoli till almost done.Fry the small cut garlic in the oil brown and remove the garlic from the oil.Add broccoli, grated cheese and salt to the oil and simmer over low heat for 5 à 7 minutes. Stir from time to time.
