Bacon cheese burger

Ingredients:

600 gr hover for conversion ground steak

4 slices fried bacon

(keep the fat)

1 cup grated mature cheese

1 teaspoon herb salt

pinch pepper

1 teaspoon chopped parsley

 

Preparation:

Mix the ground steak with the fried bacon, cheese, salt and pepper.
Make 4 burgers of approximately 2 1/2 cm thick.
Heat the bacon fat and fry the slices 8 minutes on each side (shorter when you want the ground steak rare inside).

 

This recipe is especially suitable at the first phase.
