Snow peas with carrots


Ingredients:

500 gr convert conversionsnow peas

500 gr convert conversionyoung (round) carrots

salt

(1 tablespoon sugar)

40 gr butter convert conversion

How to prepare:

Wash and optional scrape the carrots.

Cut, if not using round ones, in pieces of 3 cm and cut large slices in two.

Remove the strings from the snow peas and wash.

Cook the carrots in little water with salt and optional some sugar for 15-20 minutes.

Add the snow peas the last 8-10 minutes.

Drain and shake the peas and carrots around with the butter.
