Fast tomato soup

Ingredients:

1 liter hover for conversion water

4 herbs bouillon cubes

1 onion

2 garlic cloves

2 can peeled tomatoes

0.5 liter hover for conversion sifted tomatoes

2 large tbsps cornstarch

200 gr hover for conversion ground beef

(or ground steak)

pepper

salt

(chives)

Bring the water with bouillon (broth) cubes, sliced onion and squeezed garlic cloves to a boil. Cook 10 minutes.
Stir the cornstarch loose with some water. Add, while stirring well, to the soup. Cook a minute. Squeeze the peeled tomatoes to smaller pieces and add the complete contents of the cans and the sifted tomatoes to the soup.
Bring the soup to a boil. Add pepper and salt at flavor or add half a bouillon cube .
Make small soup balls of the steak or beef.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the meatballs, let rest 5 minutes to let the balls get hot. Garnish the plates optional with chives .
Delicious with French bread.
