Fast tomato soup
4 herbs bouillon cubes
2 garlic cloves
2 can peeled tomatoes
2 large tbsps cornstarch
(or ground steak)

How to prepare:
Bring the water with bouillon (broth) cubes, sliced onion and squeezed garlic cloves to a boil. Cook 10 minutes.
Stir the cornstarch loose with some water. Add, while stirring well, to the soup. Cook a minute. Squeeze the peeled tomatoes to smaller pieces and add the complete contents of the cans and the sifted tomatoes to the soup.
Roll small meatballs of the steak or beef.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the meatballs. Let rest 5 minutes to let the balls get hot. Garnish the plates optional with chives .
Delicious with French bread.
