Fast mushroom soup


Ingredients:

1.5 liter convert conversion water

4 herb bouillon cubes

1 onion

2 garlic cloves

1 large tablespoon cornstarch

2 cans mushrooms

2-4 steak tartar

(or 200 gr convert conversionground beef)

pepper

salt

How to prepare:

Bring the water with bouillon cubes, in thin rings sliced onion and squeezed garlic cloves to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Mix cornstarch with little water. Add, while stirring, to the soup.

Cook a minute. Add mushrooms (including the juice) to the soup and bring to a boil.

Roll small meatballs of the peppered and salted steak tartar or the ground beef photo recipe.

Remove the pan from the heat and add the small meatballs.

Let rest for 5 minutes photo recipe.

Delicious with slices French bread.
