Fast mushroom soupIngredients:1.5 liter water4 herb bouillon cubes1 onion2 garlic cloves1 large tablespoon cornstarch2 cans mushrooms2-4 steak tartar(or 200 gr ground beef)peppersalt

How to prepare:Bring the water with bouillon cubes, in thin rings sliced onion and squeezed garlic cloves to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.Mix cornstarch with little water. Add, while stirring, to the soup.Cook a minute. Add mushrooms (including the juice) to the soup and bring to a boil.Roll small meatballs of the peppered and salted steak tartar or the ground beef .Remove the pan from the heat and add the small meatballs.Let rest for 5 minutes .Delicious with slices French bread.
