Chicken salad


4 chicken breasts

1 liter water convert conversion

2 chicken soup base tablets


1 large apple

lemon juice

1 large gherkin

10 stoned olives

2 tablespoons sour cream

4 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon horseradish

salt and pepper

How to prepare:

Bring the water with soup tablet and salt to a boil. Add the chicken breasts, bring to a boil again and let the chicken softly simmer for 20 minutes. Let cool.

Dice the chicken meat. Cube the apple, sprinkle with lemon juice and cut the gherkin and the olives to pieces. Mix in a bowl.

Mix the sour cream with mayonnaise, horseradish and at flavour salt, pepper, lemon juice and sugar. Spoon over the chicken mixture and let rest for 15 minutes.

Divide lettuce leaves over 1 large or 4 small bowls and divide the chicken salad.

Serve optional with toasted bread or toast and butter.
