Potato cookies

Ingredients:

1 kg hover for conversion potatoes

salt

200 gr hover for conversion slices bacon

2 shallots

pepper

2 tablespoons flour

(4 tablespoons milk)

1 egg

breadcrumbs

butter or margarine

(parsley, chives, some garlic powder)

Preparation:

Cook the potatoes in some water with salt.
Fry the bacon and crumble. Fry the chopped shallots in the bacon fat translucent.
Mash the potatoes and mix with the shallots, crumbled bacon, freshly ground pepper and that much flour to make a kneadable mash (optional add some milk and herbs).
Make balls and flatten to hamburger-shape.
Beat the egg with 1 tablespoon water. Coat the potato-cookies with egg and  breadcrumbs .
Fry the potato cookies in some butter or margarine in the frying pan on both sides golden brown .
