Pizza Calzone (folded pizza)


Ingredients:

1 of the pizza recipes

1 tablespoon olive oil

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 225°C/440°F (fan oven 200°C/395°F).

Cover half of the pizza bottom with the sauce, leaving an edge of 2 cm free.

Coat that half with the ingredients of the chosen pizza recipe photo recipe and fold the other half over.

Push the edges well.

Grease the calzone with some olive oil.

 

Bake the calzone about 20 minutes in the middle of the oven photo recipe.
