Pizza Calzone

Ingredients:

1 of the pizza recipes

1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 225°C/440°F (fan oven 200°C/395°F).
Cover half of the pizza bottom with the sauce, keep an edge of 2 cm free.
Coat that half with the ingredients of the chosen pizza recipe  and fold the other half over.
Push the edges well.
Grease the calzone with some olive oil.
 
Bake the calzone about 20 minutes in the middle of the oven .
