Chocolate lebkuchen

Ingredients:

325 gr hover for conversion sugar

4 eggs

75 gr hover for conversion chopped orange peel

75 gr hover for conversion sliced candied citron

100 gr hover for conversion ground almonds

15 chopped pistachios

grated peel of 1 lemon

240 gr hover for conversion flour

1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

70 gr hover for conversion cocoa

round sheets edible paper

dark chocolate or chocolate for dipping

baking oven 

 

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).
Stir the eggs with sugar creamy. Add orange peel, candied citron, almonds, pistachios, spices and lemon peel.
Mix flour and cocoa and whip into the batter. Place on each paper circle a spoon batter and bake the cookies 25-30 minutes.
Let cool on a wire rack and cover with au-bain-marie melted chocolate or chocolate for dipping.
