How to prepare:Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).Stir the eggs with sugar creamy. Add orange peel, candied citron, almonds, pistachios, spices and lemon peel.Mix flour and cocoa and whip into the batter. Place on each paper circle a spoon batter and bake the cookies 25-30 minutes.Let cool on a wire rack and cover with au-bain-marie melted chocolate or chocolate for dipping.
