15 chopped pistachios
grated peel of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
round sheets edible paper
dark chocolate or chocolate for dipping

How to prepare:
Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).
Stir the eggs with sugar creamy. Add orange peel, candied citron, almonds, pistachios, spices and lemon peel.
Mix flour and cocoa and whip into the batter. Place on each paper circle a spoon batter and bake the cookies 25-30 minutes.
Let cool on a wire rack and cover with au-bain-marie melted chocolate or chocolate for dipping.
