Choco-peanut cookies

Ingredients:

125 gr hover for conversion butter

100 gr hover for conversion sugar

50 gr hover for conversion dark brown sugar

1 egg

250 gr hover for conversion self raising flour

75 gr hover for conversion flour

3/4 cup unsalted roasted peanuts

3/4 cup chopped dark chocolate

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F (fan oven 160°C/310°F).
Cover 2 baking sheets of 32 x 28 cm with baking paper.
Beat butter and sugar to a light mass. Add the egg.
Put the mixture in a large bowl. Add both sifted flours, peanuts and chocolate.
Stir the ingredients well with a spoon.
Knead the mixture carefull to a smooth dough. Make balls of 1 level tablespoon dough. Place on the baking sheet with sufficient room in between. Flatten the balls slightly.
Bake the cookies in 15-20 minutes golden brown.
Let rest for 5 minutes and let cool on a wire rack.
