Ingredients:
10 eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 teaspoon sweet soy sauce
salt
extra:

Cook the eggs 10 minutes. Cool and half in the length. Remove egg yolk from the halves and put in a bowl. Place the empty eggwhite halves on a plate and season with
little salt.
Mash the yolks and add the mayonnaise.
Add sweet soy sauce, curry and salt.
Fill the piping bag with the egg yolk mixture and stuff the eggs (or use 2 teaspoons).
Garnish with parsley, paprika powder or curry . Serve at room temperature.
Variations:
- Mix the mashed egg yolks with herbs cream cheese
- or with 2 tablespoons mayonnaise and 100 gr fillet americain
- or 2 tablespoons mayonnaise and some mashed sardines
