Streaky bacon burgers (Dutch slavinken)

Ingredients:

400 gr convert conversionground beef

1 slice white bread

1 teaspoon nutmeg

milk

8 slices streaky bacon or bacon

Preparation in advance:

Soak the crustless bread in little milk, crush and mix well with the ground beef and nutmeg.

Roll 4 thick, short sausages of the ground beef and wrap each in 2 slices streaky bacon, 1 in the lenght and the other 1 around.

 

How to prepare:

Heat some butter in a frying pan.

Fry the meat brown on all sides in about 15 minutes.
