Ingredients:

100 gr hover for conversion pearled barley

1.5 liter hover for conversion water

peel of 1 lemon

cinnamon stick

1/2 liter hover for conversion red berries juice

juice of 1 lemon

100 gr hover for conversion sugar

3 tablespoons vanilla sugar

100 gr hover for conversion raisins

100 gr hover for conversion currants

Soak the pearl barley a night in 1.5 liter water.

Prepare:

Boil the pearl barley 1 hour in soak water with cinnamon and the lemon peel.
Add the berry juice, lemon juice, sugar, vanilla sugar, raisins and currants and cook another 30 minutes.
Remove the lemon peel and the cinnamon stick out of the pan.
 
Tastes well both warm or cold.
