Ingredients:
1 dl whipping cream
2 teaspoons sugar
8 teaspoons dark brown sugar
4 shot glasses "beerenburg"
(or herbs liquer)
1/2 liter strong coffee
(roughly crushed candy sugar)
extra:
4 irish coffee glasses
(or mugs)

Beat the cream with the sugar fluffy (still little fluid).
Put 2 teaspoons brown sugar in each glass and add the slightly heated beerenburg.
Stir briefly and add hot coffee to 1-1.5 cm under the rim.
Pour the cream over the convex side of a spoon on top of the coffee.
Garnish with little crushed candy sugar or some dark brown sugar.
