Ingredients:
flour
1 egg
breadcrumbs
75 gr butter
pepper and salt

Cook the mussels according to the recipe.
Prepare:
Remove the mussels from the shells and dust with flour.
Put the breadcrumbs in a plastic bag.
Stir the egg with a tablespoon water in a large bowl and coat the mussels by stirring them into the eggwash. Put about 10 mussels at the time in the bag with
breadcrumbs and shake till the mussels are completely covered.
Place on a plate to dry.
Heat the butter in a pan and fry the mussels over high heat in 5 minutes golden brown.
Sprinkle with pepper and salt at flavour.
