Nut liqueur


Ingredients:

100 gr convert conversionpeeled, fresh, wet walnuts

200 gr convert conversionbrown candy sugar

5 dl convert conversioncognac or brandy

1/2 cinnamon stick

 

extra:

1 liter convert conversioncanning jar

bottle(s)

How to prepare:

Cook the nuts 2 minutes, drain and remove all of the brown skins (they make the liqueur bitter).

Put the peeled nuts, candy sugar, cognac and cinnamon stick in a canning jar.

Shake slightly each day.

Sift, as soon as the candy sugar is entirely dissolved, the liqueur in a clean bottle.

You can drink the liqueur immediate.
