Nut liqueurIngredients:100 gr peeled, fresh, wet walnuts200 gr brown candy sugar5 dl cognac or brandy1/2 cinnamon stick
extra:1 liter preserving jarbottle(s)

How to prepare:Cook the nuts 2 minutes, drain and remove all of the brown skins (they make the liqueur bitter).Put the peeled nuts, candy sugar, cognac and cinnamon stick in a canning jar.Shake slightly each day.Sift, as soon as the candy sugar is entirely dissolved, the liqueur in a clean bottle.You can drink the liqueur immediate.
Preservable for 1 year.
