Nut liqueur

Ingredients:

100 gr hover for conversion peeled, fresh, wet walnuts

200 gr hover for conversion brown candy sugar

5 dl hover for conversion cognac or brandy

1/2 cinnamon stick

 

extra:

1 liter hover for conversion canning jar

bottle(s)

 

Preparation:

Cook the nuts 2 minutes, drain and remove all of the brown skins (they make the liqueur bitter).
Put the peeled nuts, candy sugar, cognac and cinnamon stick in a canning jar.
Shake slightly each day.
Sift, as soon as the candy sugar is entirely dissolved, the liqueur in a clean bottle.
You can drink the liqueur immediate.
