Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe cannings, drinks, lemonadeCook the nuts 2 minutes, drain and remove all of the brown skins (they make the liqueur bitter).Put the peeled nuts, candy sugar, cognac and cinnamon stick in a canning jar.Shake slightly each day.Sift, as soon as the candy sugar is entirely dissolved, the liqueur in a clean bottle.You can drink the liqueur immediate.1 year conservable. |
