Anise syrupIngredients:3-4 tablespoons star anise1/2 cinnamon stickpeel of 1 lemon1 liter water750 gr jelly sugar
extra:2 liter preserving jar2 bottles

How to prepare:Bring the water with jelly sugar to a boil and cook for 1 minute.Pour the syrup in a well cleaned canning jar of 2 liter and add star anise, cinnamon and lemon peel.Close the jar and let rest for 10 days.Sift the syrup, pour in cleaned bottles and close airtight.
A dash anise syrup in water with some cubes ice is a delicious "mocktail" (non alcoholic).Preservable for 1 year.
