12-14 lady fingers

(or some slices cake)

1 dl convert conversionstrong coffee

2-4 tablespoons Amaretto

(or coffee liquor)

2 egg yolks

50 gr convert conversion caster sugar

1.5 dl convert conversionwhipping cream

150 gr convert conversionmascarpone

How to prepare:

Divide the lady fingers with the sugared side down or the cake in a bowl of 20 cm photo recipe.

Mix the coffee and Amaretto and sprinkle over the lady fingers or cake.

Beat the egg yolks with sugar fluffy.

Beat the cream to stiff peaks and beat the mascarpone.

Fold the mascarpone and yolk-mixture into the cream photo recipe and divide over the lady fingers.

Cover the bowl with foil and let stiffen in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Garnish with cocoa before serving (use a small strainer) photo recipe.

(Can be made without the egg: use 200 gr whipping cream and 250 gr mascarpone.)
