Ingredients:
1 liter vanilla icecream
3 passionfruits
2 tablespoons passionfruit syrup
chocolate sprinkles or
chocolate flakes

Soften the ice by placing 15 minutes in the fridge.
Half 2 passionfruits and spoon the pulp in a bowl.
Add the syrup and the ice. Mix well.
Place back in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Spoon, with an icecream spoon, icecream balls in 4 coupes.
Half the remaining passion fruit and spoon the pulp over the ice.
Garnish with chocolate.
