Passionfruit ice creamIngredients:1 liter vanilla icecream3 passionfruits2 tablespoons passionfruit syrup
chocolate sprinkles orchocolate flakes

How to prepare:Soften the ice by placing 15 minutes in the fridge.Half 2 passionfruits and spoon the pulp in a bowl.Add the syrup and the ice. Mix well.Place back in the freezer for at least 2 hours.Spoon, with an icecream spoon, icecream balls in 4 coupes.Half the remaining passion fruit and spoon the pulp over the ice.Garnish with chocolate.
