Melon with ginger and iceIngredients:1 small, long melonice optional1/8 liter whipping cream6-12 ginger balls in syrup

How to prepare:Cut the melon lengthwise in 12 slices, so you get round slices with a hole in the middle (just like a pineapple).Remove the seed from the slices.Place per person 3 slices on a plate and put a ball ice in the middle of each melon part. Top with some whipped, non sweetened, cream.Garnish with sliced ginger and sprinkle some of the ginger syrup over.
