Melon with ginger and ice


Ingredients:

1 small, long melon

ice optional

1/8 liter convert conversionwhipping cream

6-12 ginger balls in syrup

How to prepare:

Cut the melon lengthwise in 12 slices, so you get round slices with a hole in the middle (just like a pineapple).

Remove the seed from the slices.

Place per person 3 slices on a plate and put a ball ice in the middle of each melon part. Top with some whipped, non sweetened, cream.

Garnish with sliced ginger and sprinkle some of the ginger syrup over.
