Ice bombe
(8-12 persons)
3 types ice for example:
- chocolate, stracciatella, walnut
- amarena, strawberry, fruit
- rum raisin, macaroons, chipolata
1st type ice: 1 liter

2nd: ± 2/3 liter
3th: ± 1/3 liter
1/4 liter
whipping cream
extra:
plastic foil
bulbous bowl of 2 l

How to prepare:
Let the first type of ice get little softer in about 15-20 minutes in the fridge.
Cut the cake roll or cake in slices. Cover the inside of a, plastic foil covered, bowl.
Optional sprinkle with little coffee (liqueur), kirsch or rum.
Coat the cake evenly with the first type of ice. Cover the bowl and place in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
Soften the 2nd type of ice and coat the 1st layer evenly with about 2/3 liter.
Place the icebombe at least an hour in the freezer again.
Fill the remaining hole with the last type of ice. Keep the bombe covered in the freezer till use.
Place the bombe 15 minutes before serving in the fridge.
Put a plate on the bowl and turn. Remove the foil and garnish plate and bombe with beaten whipping cream and optional fruits or chocolate.
