Place the lump butter in the fridge to firm.Prepare:Remove plastic from the cavity of the chicken (if present).Put the seasoned lump butter in the cavity. Put the chicken on the spit, check by turning around if the spit is in balance. Fix the chickenlegs and wings
and close the cavity by tying cotton around the legs and the rest of the chicken.
Season with chicken spices, paprika powder, garlic powder and salt
