Cheese rarebit(8 pcs)Ingredients:4 slices white breadmustard2 slices mature cheese1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves(or other herbs)pepper2 eggs2 tablespoons (whipping) cream2 tablespoons olive oil |

How to prepare:Cover the crustless bread with little mustard.Put on 2 of the slices bread a slice mature cheese and divide the thyme leaves and some pepper over. Put the other 2 slices on top and push the slices of bread firm onto each other (mustard must by on the inside).Cut each slice of bread, 2 times diagonally, into 4 triangles.Stir the eggs with the (whipping) cream and some salt and pepper well.Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan.Cover the rarebits with the egg-mixture and fry over medium-high heat on both sides golden brown and crispy.Serve hot.
