Cheese spring roll

8 egg roll skins photo recipe

4 pieces (herb)cheese (10 x 5 x 1 cm)

1 tablespoon flour

3 tablespoons water

How to prepare:

Make a batter of flour and water.

Wrap the cheese slice from one angle in the egg roll skin and fold while rolling the empty sides over the cheese-roll. Stick all edges together well with little batter.

Repeat (with the same cheese-roll) with the second egg roll skin.

Make 4 cheese-rolls.

Fry in hot oil until the cheese egg rolls are golden brown.

(If the cheese pops out while frying: remove from the oil immediately.)
