Walnut chocolates

Ingredients:

100 gr hover for conversion walnuts

60 gr hover for conversion icing sugar

2 teaspoons egg white

200 gr hover for conversion dark chocolate

 

Garnish: 

30 half walnuts

 

 

Preparation:

Chop the walnuts in a kitchen machine.
Add the sifted icing sugar and egg white and let the machine run till you get a smooth mass. Put covered for 20 minutes in the fridge.

Prepare:

Make of 1 tablespoon mixture balls and push a little flat.
Melt the chocolate au-bain-marie.
Dip the balls in the chocolate (use a fork) and put on baking paper.
Push the half walnuts on top of the chocolate and let stiffen in the fridge.
