Walnut chocolates(± 30 pcs)Ingredients:100 gr walnuts60 gr icing sugar2 teaspoons egg white200 gr dark chocolate
Garnish:30 half walnuts

Preparation in advance:Chop the walnuts in a kitchen machine.Add the sifted icing sugar and egg white and let the machine run till you get a smooth mass. Put covered for 20 minutes in the fridge.How to prepare:Make of 1 tablespoon mixture balls and push a little flat.Melt the chocolate au-bain-marie.Dip the balls in the chocolate (use a fork) and put on baking paper.Push the half walnuts on top of the chocolate and let stiffen in the fridge.
