Tostada


Ingredients:

1 French bread

olive or sunflower oil

parsley

garlic (powder)

salt

How to prepare:

Cut (old) French bread in slices of about 1 cm.

Mix 1 dl convert conversionsunflower oil with 1 tablespoon water, 2 tablespoons parsley flakes, 1 tablespoon garlic grain and little salt.

Let the mixture rest 15 minutes.

Place pieces of french bread next to each other on a baking sheet and brush generously with the oil mixture photo recipe. Let 5 minutes rest, turn the slices and brush the other side.

Preheat the oven on grilling to 125C/250F.

Place the baking sheet on 1 of the bottom racks in the oven. Turn the slices after 20-25 minutes (or when golden) and bake another 15-20 minutes (they must be golden brown and crunchy on both sides) photo recipe.
