How to prepare:Cut (old) French bread in slices of about 1 cm.Mix 1 dl sunflower oil with 1 tablespoon water, 2 tablespoons parsley flakes, 1 tablespoon garlic grain and little salt.Let the mixture rest 15 minutes.Place pieces of french bread next to each other on a baking sheet and brush generously with the oil mixture . Let 5 minutes rest, turn the slices and brush the other side.Preheat the oven on grilling to 125°C/250°F.Place the baking sheet on 1 of the bottom racks in the oven. Turn the slices after 20-25 minutes (or when golden) and bake another 15-20 minutes (they must be golden brown and crunchy on both sides) .
