Bruschetta with mushroom

Ingredients:

1 French bread

olive oil

250 gr (chestnut) mushrooms

1 tablespoon lemon juice

50 gr hover for conversion goat cheese

1 tablespoon parsley

salt

pepper

 

 

Preparation:

Cut the French bread in slices of 1 cm and sprinkle with a little olive oil.
Toast on both sides golden brown.
Heat a tablespoon olive oil in a frying pan and fry the sliced mushrooms till soft.
Remove the pan from the heat and let cool a little.
Add cubed goat cheese, chopped parsley and the lemon juice to the mushrooms and season with pepper and salt.
 
Divide the mixture over the toast.
