Bruschetta with mushroomIngredients:1 French breadolive oil250 gr (chestnut) mushrooms1 tablespoon lemon juice50 gr goat cheese1 tablespoon parsleysaltpepper

How to prepare:Cut the French bread in slices of 1 cm and sprinkle with little olive oil.Toast on both sides golden brown.Heat a tablespoon olive oil in a frying pan and fry the sliced mushrooms till soft.Remove the pan from the heat and let cool a little.Add cubed goat cheese, chopped parsley and the lemon juice to the mushrooms and season with pepper and salt.
Divide the mixture over the toast.
