Lemon sorbet

(6 servings)

Ingredients:

1/2 liter convert conversionwhipping cream

18 drops of sweetener

1 tablespoon lemon peel

4 tablespoons lemon juice

How to prepare:

Stir the sweetener into the whipping cream, place in the freezer till the mixture becomes fluffy.

Add the grated lemon peel and juice and beat well.

Place the mixture back in the freezer.

Stir after 2 hours and place back in the freezer till entirely frozen.
