Cottage cheese and sour cream salad

(8 servings)

Ingredients:

1 small lettuce head

1 small cucumber

1/2 small bunch radish

5 shallots

salt and pepper

4 cups cottage cheese

2 cups sour cream

How to prepare:

Wash the lettuce and tear the leaves in small pieces.

Peel the cucumber and cut in thin slices. Wash and slice the radishes. Chop the shallots.

Mix lettuce, cucumber, radices, shallots, salt, pepper and cottage cheese well and spoon the sour cream over the salad.
