Chocolate balls


Ingredients:

1/4 liter convert conversionwhipping cream

1 tablespoon cocoa

3 sheets gelatin

2 tablespoons peanut butter

1 tablespoon crème cocoa

2 teaspoons chocolate extract

sweetener at flavour

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

or ground coconut

How to prepare:

Mix the whipping cream and cocoa and warm au-bain-marie (do not cook).

Soak the gelatin in cold water.

Add the squeezed gelatin and peanut butter to the warm cream/cocoa mixture. Stir till the gelatin is dissolved.

Add crème cocoa, chocolate extract and sweetener and stir well. Place in the freezer till you can roll the mixture to balls.

Make balls, coat with the chopped walnuts or coconut and place in the fridge to firm.
