Chocolate ballsIngredients:1/4 liter whipping cream1 tablespoon cocoa3 sheets gelatin2 tablespoons peanut butter1 tablespoon crème cocoa2 teaspoons chocolate extractsweetener at flavour1/2 cup chopped walnutsor ground coconut

How to prepare:Mix the whipping cream and cocoa and warm au-bain-marie (do not cook).Soak the gelatin in cold water.Add the squeezed gelatin and peanut butter to the warm cream/cocoa mixture. Stir till the gelatin is dissolved.Add crème cocoa, chocolate extract and sweetener and stir well. Place in the freezer till you can roll the mixture to balls.Make balls, coat with the chopped walnuts or coconut and place in the fridge to firm.
