Contains a little rest-sugar: tastes rather fresh than sour and has far less calories than sweet wine.

For example Sauternes and the spätlese and auslese of the Mosel and Rhine.

Keep bottles with a cork always lying flat so the cork remains wet and airtightening.

to use little bits in a recipe:

Freeze wine leftovers in ice molds: perfect for a dash in for example a soup or a sauce.
