beat to peaks:

Place the empty bowl and the whisk 10 minutes in the fridge: how colder the bowl and whisk the better the whipping cream will be beaten to peaks.
 

keep for later:

Do not open a package cream for each dessert: needle toppings on a baking sheet and freeze the toppings: that way you'll have always some in stock.
 

make a delicious icecream:

Mix whipping cream with a little cocoa or fruit juice and place it in the freezer.
