Don't keep too long, at the most 2-3 days in the fridge. Contains (even dried or in can) much vitamin A and D.
 

use mushrooms:

When using canned mushrooms use half of the amount fresh mushrooms in a recipe: they shrink, if it happens, hardly. Add salt to fresh mushrooms when they are cooked.
