Cut apple, banana and avocado: mix with some lemon juice or, when having lots of fruit, with lots of water diluted vinegar.

 

get more juice from lemons:

Dip a moment in hot water and roll slightly pressing over a work area.

 

to find the most juicy lemons: 

Lemons with thin smooth peel contain more juice than those with a thick peel.

 

just take a few drops or a teaspoon juice?:

Do not cut a complete lemon: for just some drops, make a little hole in the peel with a barbecue pen or skewer and squeeze.

 

make lemon sugar:

Wash the lemons, grate very small and mix with an equal quantity of caster sugar. Keep in an airtight jar.
