Desalinate anchovies fillets:Canned anchovy fillet can be very salt. To get rid of most of the salty taste: rinse well with running tap water and soak in milk for at least 20 minutes.Still to salty?? Take some new milk and soak again for 20-30 minutes.
Make delicious anchovy butter:Crush some anchovy fillets well in a pestle and mix at flavour with butter.
