Ingredients:
1.5 liter water
3 cubes chicken soup base
2 chicken breast
parsley or chives
(can bamboo shoots)

Preparation:

Bring the water to a boil.
Add chicken soup base tablets and brests and simmer for 15 minutes (no need to letting boil)
. Remove the chicken breasts.
Sift the soup into another pan and bring to a boil again.
Cut or tear the chicken breast in pieces
.
Add the chicken to the soup and season with chopped parsley or chives.
Simmer for some minutes.
Variation:
add a can (sliced) bamboo shoots
or
soup pasta.
