Chicken soup


Ingredients:

1.5 liter water convert conversion

3 cubes chicken soup base

2 chicken breast

parsley or chives

(can bamboo shoots)

How to prepare:

Bring the water to a boil. Add chicken soup base tablets and brests and simmer for 15 minutes (no need to letting boil) photo recipe. Remove the chicken breasts.

Sift the soup into another pan and bring to a boil again.

Cut or tear the chicken breast in pieces photo recipe.

Add the chicken to the soup and season with chopped parsley or chives.

Simmer for some minutes.

Variation:

add a can (sliced) bamboo shoots photo recipe or soup pasta.
