Spaghetti with tomato / meat sauce
2 onions
50 gr
butter or margarine
250 gr
ground beef
150 gr
mushrooms
70 gr
tomato paste
salt, pepper
1/2 teaspoon mustard
paprika powder
some thyme
2.5 dl
bouillon
(cube)
300-400 gr
dry spaghetti
Parmesan cheese

How to prepare:
Slice the onions and fry golden brown in butter or margarine in a frying pan.
Add the non-spiced ground beef, fry stirring to crumbs.
Add the sliced mushrooms and fry another 5 minutes.
Add tomato paste, little salt, freshly ground pepper, mustard, paprika powder and thyme. Add bouillon till you have a smooth mass.
Let the sauce simmer at least 15 minutes. Cook the pasta, while the sauce simmers, according the instructions on the package and drain.
Heat the drained spaghetti with little butter or margarine. Put in a bowl and cover with the tomato/beef sauce.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
