Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - Italian recipes, pasta, one-pot mealSlice the onions and fry golden brown in butter or margarine in a frying pan.Add the non-spiced ground beef, fry stirring to crumbs.Add the sliced mushrooms and fry another 5 minutes.Add tomato paste, little salt, freshly ground pepper, mustard, paprika powder and thyme. Add bouillon till you have a smooth mass.Let the sauce simmer at least 15 minutes. Cook the pasta while the sauce simmers according the instructions on the package and drain. Heat the drained spaghetti with a little piece butter or margarine. Put in a bowl and cover with the tomato/beef sauce.Serve with grated Parmesan cheese. |
