Spaghetti with tomato / meat sauce

Ingredients:

2 onions

50 gr hover for conversion butter or margarine

250 gr hover for conversion ground beef

150 gr hover for conversion mushrooms

70 gr hover for conversion tomato paste

salt, pepper

1/2 teaspoon mustard

paprika powder

some thyme

2.5 dl hover for conversion bouillon (cube)

300-400 gr hover for conversion dry spaghetti

Parmesan cheese

 

Preparation:

Slice the onions and fry golden brown in butter or margarine in a frying pan.
Add the non-spiced ground beef, fry stirring to crumbs.
Add the sliced mushrooms and fry another 5 minutes.
Add tomato paste, little salt, freshly ground pepper, mustard, paprika powder and thyme. Add bouillon till you have a smooth mass.
Let the sauce simmer at least 15 minutes. Cook the pasta while the sauce simmers according the instructions on the package and drain. Heat the drained spaghetti with a little piece butter or margarine. Put in a bowl and cover with the tomato/beef sauce.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
