Maccheroni


Ingredients:

300 gr convert conversiondry maccheroni

2 large onions

3 tablespoons oil

250 gr convert conversionmushrooms

salt

pepper

1 can tomato paste

2 dl water convert conversion

1 package mix for spaghetti

200 gr convert conversioncooked ham

100 gr convert conversiongrated cheese

parsley

How to prepare:

Cook the maccheroni according to the instructions on the package.

Let the oil get hot in a frying pan and fry the small cut onions pale brown.

Slice the mushrooms and add to the fried onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Fry the onions and mushrooms 5 minutes.

Mix tomato paste, water and the mix for maccheroni or spaghetti and simmer 10 minutes.

Add the pasta to the sauce and add chopped parsley, small cut ham and grated cheese (you can serve everything separate and let everybody mix his or her favorite maccheroni).

Give the onion/mushroom mixture separately.

If you feel the maccheroni is too dry then careful stir some bouillon into it.
